One of the best trigger point release tools I have used is “The Stick.” They come in different lengths, but for releasing trigger points in calf muscles that can be causing foot or plantar fasciitis problems, you only need the shorter versions like their “Little Stick” version. It’s a great tool, simple, portable, and made well too.
