Correct Toes

Correct Toes are great for helping to realign the metatarsal joints–or balls of feet. This part of the foot gets cramped with tight shoes. Cramped toes and metatarsal joints increase pain, decrease balance and safety, and add difficulty to gait. Space between toes is essential for good foot fitness!

Correct Toes are not as wide as Yoga Toes, so these alignment spacers are a little easier to use for people that have very tight metatarsal joints.
